                        What are these JWST images going viral around? Why are those particular for humanity?



Well, this blog is going to be different. I would add all the information I have and make a small and sweet collection of new facts, so everyone can quickly go through this.

 There are 5 images released by NASA that were captured by the JWST. FIRST IMAGE HERE WE GO 

                                       

These took my heart at the moment I saw them. This is CARINA NEBULA. We can see some beautiful stars shining among a lot of gases.



 WHAT IS A NEBULA?

 A nebula or nebulae is a cluster of gas spreading in a random pattern in space around a star


. WHEN IS IT FORMED?

 A nebula is formed when a star is dying or when a star is taking birth.


WHAT ARE THE Colors IN THE IMAGE TELL US? 

The colors tell us the composition of matter. To make it simple every gas has different colors, hydrogen, oxygen, helium, and nitrogen they all have different clouds. Like sulfur is RED, hydrogen is GREEN, and oxygen is BLUE. So scientists can tell exactly is there any possibility of alien life! 


HOW LONG IS CARINA NEBULA?

 230 light-years wide. 


DISTANCE FROM EARTH?

 CARINA NEBULA is about 7,500 light years away from us. 


WHAT IS INSIDE THE CARINA NEBULA?

It contains dozens of stars that are more huge than our star. Interesting facts to be noted: this event happening in the image above, was actually happened hundreds of light years ago, but as always, that light to reach us took time, so we actually see the past photo of that nebula. 


Take note that, all the images JWST gives us are old images and there might be a different situation today.

ALL YOU GOTTA KNOW ABOUT CHANDRAYAAN-3 MISSION! After the unfortunate Chandrayaan-2 mission, ISRO is now ready to go off for another mission to the moon. India’s first mission to the moon was in 2008 called ‘Chandrayaan-1’. Among the countries including the Soviet Union, the United States, Japan, the European Space Agency, China, Luxembourg, Israel, Italy, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates, INDIA is also one of them competing in the race. Chandrayaan 2 was launched on 22 July 2019.   What exactly is dark matter?  Our universe is made up of galaxies,stars, gases,planets, rocks, black holes, nebulae and many more celestial objects. And as we discussed earlier in the   BIG BANG BLOG  that our universe is expanding each day at a very high speed. This expansion has been started since our universe was born and it still goes on expanding in the dark empty space. In 1933, Fritz Zwick coined the term ‘dark matter’. When scientists wrote a mathematical equation about the universe, they found something that is still not known to humans, but most of the part is occupied by it.
